When reporting a problem it helps enormously to include your device (iPad model or Mac), the OS version, the PaintBlock version from the Settings panel, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a page of description.

To move a painting to another device or back it up, open the File panel and use
Export to write a .paintblock file wherever you
like — Files, iCloud Drive, Finder — then Import it on the other
end.
Yes. Everything lives in the app's own storage, so removing the app removes the paintings with it. Export anything you care about first.
No. It's one purchase for both — buy it on either platform and it appears in your purchase history on the other. Use Purchased in the App Store to install it.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple, not by us — we have no ability to issue one. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. That said, if something is broken, please email us: a fix helps everyone.
Check the Settings panel — the pressure curve can be flattened to a constant. Pressure also does nothing in Line mode by design, since a straight line commits at a single width.
Welcome, and genuinely read. PaintBlock is deliberately narrow — built for selection painting rather than for everything — so the answer is sometimes no, but it will be an honest no with a reason.
